How to cancel Adobe XD

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Adobe XD (listed under a plan name such as CC Storage (20 GB)).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page or website.

Charged after cancelling or during a trial? Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days.

My adobe cloud files CANT LOADHi there, my adobe cloud files don’t load on this mobile app. HELP! It loads on my XD desktop app and shows up on Adobe Cloud website, but it just doesn’t load on the mobile app. After refreshing the “Cloud documents” tab, all the files just disappeared!

更新完就打不开预览了今天更新完，连接Mac就没有办法打开页面实时预览了。卸载了重新安装也是一样的，不知道其他朋友有没有遇到这个情况。
