Bad customer service, and supportWow, there’s some bad apps out there. But for the amount of money, these guys are making you would’ve expected to get an average customer support. A lot of technical issues a lot of problems and they support this terrible. Basically canceled my subscription the day money down the drain

No way to cancelThere is no way to cancel this. If you tried to delete your account you’re not allowed to delete it while you have an active subscription, but there’s no way to cancel your subscription. There’s no way to contact them that I have found. There’s nothing you can do they’re just gonna keep billing you…

They make it extremely hard to cancelI wanted to just cancel my account for a month or two and they made it an act of God. It took me over an hour and a half just to cancel. I will never have nothing to do with HeyGen again.
