Deleted My AccountUsed this app for years and they just deleted my account without any communication for a breach of “User Policy Terms”. I haven’t even used the app in months, so not sure what that would be about. Subscription was good until March 2027, so they essentially stole my money.

Account closed for no reasonI signed up, paid for the subscription and then asked my wife to send me a text to see if it worked. She text me and as soon as I opened up the text, they closed my account for “terms of service violation”. The text she sent me only said “tuna”, it’s an inside joke between us. Now I am stuck trying…

Canceling after being a long time customerThis app worked great for over a year and now for some reason my texts are not going through most of the time now. The only support they offer is a AI which is extremely frustrating. Think twice about using this if you care about your messages actually going through.
