Problematic subscription serviceI tried this app when I was on maternity leave for the introductory rate and I did not like it. It is not my learning style and that is fine. I unsubscribed and deleted the app but was charged for another year and am not being given options to dispute the subscription or they are unclickable.

No one is responding in supportI paid for 1 year, and 8 months in I don’t premium, nobody is responding to my emails

Using SANCTIONS excuse for an unnecessary treatmentAs a person living in a country under U.S sanctions, it's shocking to see a normal citizen is treated like this for just a language learning app. Nothing can justify me for being banned from using a simple app by the obvious "excuse" of "sanctions". It's just unjustifiable.
