annoying asfmust watch 30s+ ad to log removal/ insertion. additionally, sometimes if you wanna do a four week change and take it out early because you started withdrawal bleeding, you can’t just change your insert date like you have to do a bunch of stuff to change anything besides just logging stuff every day.
