RecordingsWhen you you use an SD card to save your recordings to instead of using their iCloud, the video file format is a .pes file. This should be a mp4 or avi file. All the files on the SD are useless. Not good.

Direction stink and app keeps crashing immediately upon openThe directions to set this up a pretty sketchy. I’m trying to get this set up for Wi-Fi and it’s been a challenge and the app just crashes as soon as I go to open it now making this device totally useless. I have tried resetting my phone and re-downloading the app or whatever to no avail.

Never would connect to wifiTried two different WiFis and neither will connect, despite correct information and multiple other devices connecting seamlessly (not eccam devices, mind you). Waste of time and money. Do not bother.
