Highly recommendedFlipaClip is really good and I would definitely recommend for pro artists and beginners! It has lots of brushes you can use (but so,e are premium but if you don’t mind paying, cool) and it also has a lot of tools that are useful It has ads tho, and honestly, it doesn’t need ads!
