Idioma y cobroLa aplicación dice ser en varios idiomas, pero todos videos son narrados en inglés y no pueden cambiarse. De otro lado de frente me mando a premium por 6 meses y no me dio opción a disfrutar de los 7 días gratis ofrecidos. Cómo resolvemos?

QUEJApedí un reembolso porque no uso la app y la desinstale pero aún así me descontaron el dinero y me parece un abuso porque no la uso y ni siquiera la tenía instalada, según ya me hicieron el reembolso pero el dinero aún no está en mi cuenta ! Que hacer en ese caso? 😡

EstafaCuidado, no descarguen la app ni para probar, la suscripción se activa automáticamente aunque la hayan cancelado. Solicitó la devolución de la suscripción anual que me han facturado sin consentimiento. Yo anulé la suscripción y esta se activó automáticamente cobrándome el monto más alto.
