Cannot connect my phone to systemWhen the system was new the tech connected our mobile devices to the LUX Pro View system. For some reason my iPhone got disconnected and now I cannot get the system to link to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. Don’t like LUX system!

Very inconsistent!One week it’s working fine then one week it’s not. I’m a installer and quite frankly I’m tired of the customers calling saying the app is down. I love the system and I’d hate to switch to another brand. But I will if you guys can’t correct this issue.

Super slowApp is slow and I have to shut down the app at least once before it starts to work. What I don’t understand is with the same complaints by everyone else they are not doing anything about it. We bought the camera set and the are nice but until they are installed and you try it there is no way to know

Great App and systemMy wife and I are loving our new surveillance system and remote access through Lux Pro app. We had another system before that the app never worked and this one is perfect so far. Thanks to Technology Guru in Austin, TX for getting us set up!
