Rest and relax.I’ve long known that stress can cause digestive issues. So I’m finding that these sessions are really helpful to recalibrate the gut brain dialogue. Interestingly reading a book called The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer is another way of not letting stress take over your life.

IBS is in remissionUsing Nerva, I went on a journey that was incredibly successful. In the years since I did the program, I don’t identify as someone who has IBS anymore. Maybe once a year I need to do a few sessions to reset. I am spectacularly grateful.
