Can’t get in contact with anyoneOverall, the process was easy, but trying to get in contact with customer service has been very difficult and they email you late at night when you’re sleeping so because of that my power is now off very frustrating

SCAMMERSDO NOT USE!!! They will take your money, pay your bill, and then return the payment where they paid your bill so you are out that money too.

Not workingI put in all my bank information and it always send me back to the login page I can never upload a bill and it’s been going on for 2 weeks now
