2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Plaud: AI Work Companion (listed under a plan name such as Pro Plan(Monthly)).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page.

Poor recognitionIt doesn’t understand what you’re saying well. You have to annunciate like a robot or many details are transcribed incorrectly. I was excited but it’s pretty bad. Also it’s kind of pointless until it can automatically update your calendar.

Still CLUNKYThis is my second time spending money on Plaud The first time was about six months ago I don’t think it’s ready for primetime this time either

Taking away featuresWithout notice they have taken away one of the most valuable features of the application- the automatic labeling of speakers. Clearly they don’t care about users have trusted them to be a great source of meeting notes. Look for another more reliable and honest option.
