Very buggyMusic will not play at times. Even after restarting the app. Seems to be a new bug each time.

Terrible customer serviceThe app has limited me to 40 songs at 15 dollars a month. The customer service took days to respond then claimed I took to long to put in the request and that the best they could do is a free month. The app doesn’t have Siri commands or preform well with car play. Would not at all be what I recommen…

AI support is terribleHave been waiting for an account problem to be fixed since April 2026. Took 2 months to get a human involved and while they say it will be fixed its still not fixed. Will be going back to Apple Music once subscription is over with Qobuz

Best App for Hi Fi soundI had TIDAL it was constantly freezing and glitching especially when you go off-line this one just works out. It’s supposed to. They seem to have more songs choices. They pay the artist more and the sound quality is top notch. I’m never going back. I love this music app.

So grateful for QobuzSimply the best audio quality, and excellent human curated playlists- thankfully no AI here as far as I can tell! I listen to more albums all the way through on Qobuz, and love being able to look at the details of who plays on specific tracks. Thank you for offering such a wonderful service!

More ethical - less expensive!I swapped from Spotify and have never looked back. Not only does this app have all of the music that I had over there, it is way less expensive. It is a bonus that it also doesn’t support the weapons industry or AI generated garbage.
