Scam or technical issue?????I accidentally purchased a subscription and kept it because, on the day I purchased it, the app generated my report perfectly fine. However, a couple of days later, it now just gets stuck on “Preparing your report” and never finishes. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Scam 100% do not buyI bought this with expectations of identifying my followers by demographics. This app does not do anything more than what you get on Instagram app. You don’t need an app for this you can simply ask Claude to build a web app to pull your data. Wasted $22.
