How to cancel Roomster

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Roomster (listed under a plan name such as Full access).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page.

MessagesI got several emails saying I had messages but then when I checked the messages, it wanted me to subscribe. I did not realize this was a pay service…DELETE.

Not a free serviceI'm very disappointed with Roomster's. They say you can have the service for free, but that just means you can reach out to People. If you want to see the responses you have to pay so it's not worth doing anything for free. Just know they're going into it. Be ready to pay if that's what you want.
