How to cancel SlideScan by Photomyne

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select SlideScan by Photomyne (listed under a plan name such as Unlimited (Monthly)).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page.

Poor customer serviceFree trial says it is good for 3 days, but locked my account on the first day. Tried to contact customer service but never got a response except for the automated messages saying the account is closed as soon as you cancel. Yet, when you cancel, the app says account is active until the free trial…

WhyWhy don’t they disclose-before you download it and they steal all your info and track you-that it’s not free. So egregious. Nowhere does it state that there is a “3-day” trial. Grrrr

Hard sell ads blocks useI purchased the app to scan old slides but now I am unable to send digital copies via email because of ad pop-ups to upgrade service. The ads DOWNGRADE service. If I cannot use the app as advertised, I will cancel service and recommend to friends to avoid Slide/Scan
