Terrible customer serviceI haven’t had such bad customer service. I messaged the customer support and they would ask me what is wrong and I would tell them the issue then ghost me. I set this account up with my company to track steps and the app won’t sync and they will not help me.

No way to cancelI made the mistake of signing up for this app from the website. The only way to cancel from there is through a chatbot that no one responds to. There has also been no reply to my emails requesting support. Horrible customer service.

Always come back to this appI am no Olympian here; I just need plug-and-play workouts without decisions and specialized equipment. I love that SWORKIT is powerful enough for days when I'm high energy, and simple enough for my low energy days. Other apps may be great for certain personalities or fitness/experience levels...but…
