4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Worst supportCustomer service email never responds, chat support agents have no idea about issue resolution. Every agent cooks up his/her own story about issue, just to get rid of support. No escalation points, no sla for resolutions. Vicustomercare is a nexus running on its own. Switching to airtel.
