Customer support non existentI was happy with the recording quality of the app but the backup function did not work and, what is worse, there is no way to contact customer support. They do not respond to emails, and the websites contact form leads to an error message. Use something else for important calls

No longer worksI have been using this app for many years and always loved it until recently. Now, it’s filled with ads and the recordings will not pick up voices at all. It’s not my device because every other app can pick up voice.
