Kinda scammyThe breathing technique is good, nothing ground breaking but a nice addition to a morning routine. The app is really a nice companion to his book and retreats. I feel gross paying an extra $5/month just to track my breathing and cold plunges. I don’t know, maybe he’s desperate for money.
