Stall tacticsI was a 2013 legacy purchaser of the app. The developer transitioned to a subscription model and blocked the access for older receipts. They broke the ‘Restore’ function for the legacy users. The developer acknowledged my valid receipt but is actively using stall tactics to circumvent Apple’s policy…

Absolutely disappointedI payed for lifetime access which was revoked when the app moved to subscription model, but after complaining I was granted partial access to content that was available to me at the time of purchase. But now that access has been removed again and I can’t even purchase a subscription if I wanted to.…

Didn't get the classes I paid forI paid the one time membership years ago, and they allowed me to have a few basic classes. As soon as they stopped offering that option and instead only offered monthly subscriptions, they removed all of the classes I had paid for.
