How to cancel Zepp

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Zepp (listed under a plan name such as Zepp Fitness - monthly).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page or website.

Useless AppDefinitely not the best and for sure not for anyone looking to track health data. I have been using this app with my Amazfit helios Strap. At first i thought its the strap so i order it again but even after that no fix. Super buggy and with absolutely zero way to pass any feedback or to get it fixed…

I detest this appEvery time the QR code shows up on my screen I have to delete EVERYTHING and start all over. This is the worst app I have ever used for a watch and wish I had never bought the watches! Will never buy another one simply because of this app. Ugh!

App refuses to connect to watch every couple of daysApp is unusable if it cannot connect to phone.
