DeliciousI can’t say enough how much I have enjoyed making this recipe. Substituted pork with ground turkey as well. A hit every time.

So Easy & YummyMake this in the morning. I let it sit in fridge all day. The only thing I changed was doubling the liquids and spices and the onions. I love Vidalia onions. I doubled the onions too. I used those. Then I covered the onions and cucumbers with the mixture. My hubby really liked this too!
