Disgraceful customer serviceBought a model in 2018 and it’s worked great, but now essentially rendered useless not because the unit itself has failed, but because Anova has decided to no longer support it and push users to a subscription model instead. That’s not how to build a solid and loyal user base. Time to go find one…

Very useful app of you are a sous vide enthusiastThe Anova Culinary app allows you to remotely control you Anova Precision Cooker, which is a huge time-saver because you can monitor the cooking process without literally standing in front of the device.

Great resultsBest kitchen device I’ve used. The WiFi hook up lets you start and monitor it from anywhere. Just set it up and put ice in the water and you can start it whenever you want.
