Box ToolsThe software they make me install on my laptop or desktop is called box tools. Way too many times I have to install this. Usually when I have time sensitive information I’m trying to get off of Box. I am going back to Dropbox.

Create a single-sign-on login portalCompany loves to flex about how great the platform is and AI this and that, but somehow can’t bother implementing do a simple SSO login portal on the mobile app. Come on, guys- get it together please.
