No response to refund requestI canceled the annual subscription the day I was charged because I needed transaction tracking. I asked the developer for a refund, but received no response to that request. I had to request the refund through Apple instead. Disappointing support experience.

Ghosted when needed supportSought a subscription cancellation and refund when I realized the app doesn’t actually serve my needs. Only got a response when I left a public review here, which said to send an email, which I did, a DOZEN times, even copied the developer. No response to any email or any avenue of contact.
