Charged for a subscription I don’t wantI signed up for a trial of this app. Somehow Apple to charged me for the subscription when I canceled my trial well before its end date.

The appThis app won’t let me download the videos so my granddaughter can watch them so what is the point?

Won’t let you cancel subGot it from my kids a few years ago, forgot about it. They grown up, don’t play. Try to cancel, and it just spins “please wait” and that’s it. Rest phone, updated app.. tried on other devices. Nothing. Don’t subscribe unless you plan on paying for a lifetime lol hopefully I can unsubscribe.
