How to cancel Skillshare: Creativity Classes

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Skillshare: Creativity Classes (listed under a plan name such as Premium Membership).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page.

Not Many Free ClassesMany of the classes are not free. I have to have a subscription in order to take many of the classes. Not worth the money. I’m pretty disappointed. I recommend not using this app if you don’t want to pay for a subscription.

Bad customer serviceI tried to contact customer service and just got constant AI responses. They make canceling your membership very difficult. It was impossible for me to get ahold of an actual person. I do not recommend using Skillshare. It is very expensive with terrible customer service.

Waste of moneyIt starts exciting. You have hundreds of videos that look amazing. But then you realise there’s nothing on here that you couldn’t also get for free on YouTube. So don’t waste your money on this. Seriously. And watch out if you do subscribe. Auto-renewal is on and they won’t let you cancel even if…
