Really poor customer serviceI was double charged by the app for over a year. I tried multiple times reaching out to the app developer. When that didn’t work, I reached out to Apple, who also was no help.

Sketchy behaviorI’ve been using this app since like sophomore year of high school and I’m 23. After years of collecting points, I finally had enough for the free premium subscriptions and of course they are “sold out” and have been for months RIGHT after I got enough lol. Mind you they have never been sold out ever…

乱扣钱我只是想试一下子这个软件直接莫名其妙扣我钱我也本来就是学生没钱最后38都拿扣了还不能退款我服了什么东西啊
