How to cancel Forms+

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Forms+ (listed under a plan name such as Forma for Google Survey).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page or website.

Trash🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬It’s not working and when I try to sign in it won’t work I type it and then I click enter and it loads and when I go in to something diffent it work and then go back to it it doesn’t work

Like why?Pay wall mentioned. The exact same as regular forms but pay more. Make it make sense. Lowkey just a worse version of Google forms.
