2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Fundrise: Invest in Alts (listed under a plan name such as Monthly Subscription).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

4 years later...I am not a finance guy. I am a fitness trainer. I have numerous investment channels, including stocks and houses, FUNDRISE is my only investment which persistently LOST MONEY. I don't know who is running this operation, but it is safe to say they are not fiduciaries.

ScamIt’s a scam don’t waste your money

Do not invest with Fundrise.The money goes up but getting the money out for any type of emergency is a huge hassle. I had money invested with Fundrise before they FORCED it in to a stock called VCX Fundrise, which had months of lockdown where they hold YOUR money. As of August 14th they’ve unlocked the stock so you can sell it…

Good alternative Investing AppEasy to use. I plan on putting $10 a week into both their flagship and income funds and see what happens after a few years! Not my main investment obviously, but hard to pass up the opportunity at such a great entry point.

Good For Alternative InvestmentsHaving some alternative investments in real estate has been easier in building wealth versus not having anything working so far. With good advisory waivers by saving towards your target goal. I’d say the dividends and appreciation are really nice. I love this app and have been using it for years.
