How to cancel Google One

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Google One (listed under a plan name such as 100 GB).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the app is not in that list, it was not billed through Apple. Cancel it with the developer instead: support page or website.

Absolutely useless appThis app really doesn't do anything other than allow you to view your storage and of course upgrade for more. Google Photos on an iPhone is also useless as it only mirrors your photos which is useless. Most people want an archive in case photos get deleted
