A fuirAbonnement de 6 mois payé 66 € en février. Prélèvement automatique de 82,50 € le 26 août sans e-mail préalable de reconduction. Après plusieurs demandes, le service client refuse le remboursement. Sans parler du fait que le service client est une IA qui ne sait pas adapter ses réponses aux demandes.
