Very unhappyI subscribed to the monthly plan but ended up with the annual , no response from the help people at the app, would not recommend

Support v slowThe App is probably very useful - if only it would recognise my subscription. Support is very polite but despite 7 emails they keep sending me down the same doom loop. V close to asking for a refund. Shame I can’t use the facility I’ve subscribed to.
