从用户以及消费者的角度对keep软件的辩证分析从用户的角度而言,keep奖牌的确是一个非常好的用户软件，根据用户需求制定出合适的锻炼计划，但是从一个消费者的角度而言，吸引到消费者的可能是它的周边，特别是奖牌纪念章，但是据了解很多消费者并没有意识到keep中所售卖的奖牌在未完赛的状况之下是不予退款也不予发货的，作为消费者不完赛有自己的特殊情形，遗忘或者没时间，keep在活动完赛的情况下并没有电话或者短信告知消费者，只是在系统消息里面发一个提示，我相信大部分消费不会关注一个软件的推送消息，这一点确实需要改进，而且不予退款不予发货的提示也应该在显著位置标识，而不是一小行字或者说格式条款中排除消费者权益，我只能说作为一个有很多忠实用户的运动软件，…

虽然用了好多年但是坍塌于一次退货退款自费参加了线上小王子跑步活动，结束后，按期发出奖品，但是数十天过去，仍然显示物流异常。期间咨询过两次客服，答应帮忙催促。最后一次咨询，客服告知是有一批货物质量问题，需要重新制作，故而需要耗时等待！为什么不早点告知？前两次还说什么去催促，早点说因为有问题需要时间，那也是可以理解的。直到第三次问，过去了近十天才告知真实原因。因此要求退了，但是却要求提供个人信息（支付宝账号，电话姓名）。遂问原路返回不可以吗？当初参加活动支付的时候也不是用的支付宝，为什么退款就一定要支付宝。回复说是上级规定？现在那么多线上都是可以原路退款，你这还不可以，说是上级规定，你们是国家法律政务机关吗？不反思提高你们的服务和流…

阳光总在汗水后已经纯keep四个多月了。四个月前是健身小白一名，就为了瘦身。第一个月结束，没有变化，心态有点崩。第二个月结束，没有变化，自己安慰自己，怀疑keep可能没效果。第三个月结束，还是没有变化，但是脸上的妊娠斑以眼见的速度淡了下去，真是无心插柳呢！总算是有了坚持下去的动力。第四个月快结束的时候，有一天突然发现衣服裤子都松了，赶紧上称，只轻了一斤？又仔细照了照镜子，的确紧致了，皮尺量了一下，腰围腿围都小了两厘米。同时，许久未见的朋友说我看上去变得很精神，腰板挺直，眼睛清亮。现在，我渐渐的在运动中找到了乐趣，会一直坚持下去，还要继续学习摸索，感谢Keep，可以让我只在家里就体会到了运动的快乐！
