非常好用用了有快一个礼拜了，每天跟着课程一起训练，效果感觉还是很明显的，每次训练完脸都是酸酸的感觉，今天照镜子好像瘦了，哈哈哈。就是希望能有些其他的东西，比如文章之类的吧，现在光学课程有点无聊，而且每天能做的课程也就那么些。
