3. Select La Crosse View (listed under a plan name such as Enhanced 1 Month Service Plan).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

What happened?Older version works but cannot connect to internet. Something changed on La Crosse View side and now it’s not connecting. Very unhappy. Don’t like the idea of purchasing a new unit when this one works perfectly fine. 👎

Poor Customer ServiceChanged ISP and app no longer connects device.. Tried everything and help from company is very poor.
