FrozenLove the game but it froze on me. Even redownloading the app didn’t fix the issue. Had to cancel my subscription. Guess I’ll have to find a new game

It’s frozenI just got the game and haven’t even gotten a chance to play it. It’s completely frozen. Won’t let me move the globe nor tap anywhere or open the menu. I deleted and redownloaded and still won’t work.
