Reactivated wrong account, no refund given.I reactivated the wrong account. Had it cancelled, but they refused to refund the money. I intend to reactivate the correct account once I get my refund. I explained everything via email, no solutions were provided. Still unresolved.

Always there when I need it!Have been using otter for three years now… I love the functionality of the paid app and also the fact that it still provides great functionality on the free version, which I use when I’m not running client projects. Very easy to use, highly recommend!
