Why not allow to do 1 free edit ?For committing and signing up, it is very common to allow 123 different edits. Why not allow it what’s the point?

Not happy!!!I was charged for a full subscription of $139.99 when I only requested a top up of $14.99 and there is no easy way to contact the provider !!! Not happy!
