Poor support and untransparent billing.Did not receive any billing receipts and so only realized after the fact that they’ve been billing me for months. Unwilling to make any exceptions except steal my money for a service that wasn’t used. Definitely will not recommend to clients.

PUT EDIT BUTTON BACKyall took away the edit button so now i cannot cut by word. please put it back on the app so i can edit on my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is BAD!!!!!!

HorribleDownloaded this app to record a podcast for a school project. Recorded it and uploaded. The podcast has a transcript that was transcribed by the riverside app, but somehow there’s no audio.
