申请退款该软件宣传的功能与实际使用功能不符，存在欺骗行为，并且该软件并未标注付费要求及金额，只是在试用期间给予消费提示，而且本人并未同意消费一年的购买试用，为什么在适应3天日期截止后，不发送消费提示信息，甚至在凌晨直接默认扣费一年的848元，这不是蛮抢吗？同时，我授权的是免费适用版的，未授权购买，该软件直接免密码支付，未有提示实属欺诈，所以强烈申请退款！

诈骗软件，乱收费乱扣费前天刷抖音看到一个类似扫描仪的软件，便下载了，下载后无法正常使用，后来跳出来一个指纹验证的东西，称验证后即可免费使用，没想到后面跟着信息发来了，称我已订购了该功能，只能免费试用三天，三天后将从支付宝自动扣款728元，多方试图取消这项订购，甚至把支付宝里面的花呗和借呗全都关闭了，之后支付宝没有扣款成功，最后竟然从我的微信里面绑定的银行卡扣款，难道不需要本人同意就能直接扣款吗？这完全就是诈骗！！！

只是为让更多人看到这软件自动扣费，如果需要取消的话.直接联系苹果官方说明情况取消扣费就行

不知情下多次扣费中枪，这个软件不知道什么时候弄起来的，已被多少扣软，今天早上才发现，确实没有使用过。能否适当退回费用。
