How to cancel Vimeo Create

2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Vimeo Create (listed under a plan name such as Powerful Video Editing Tools).
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

何度やっても直りません。ムービー素材の尺をクロップして編集した時、プレビューまでは正常に再生しているのに、パブリッシュするとクロップが外れて前後のいらない部分も含めてレンダリングされます。何度もいろんな設定とかを変えて試しましたが無駄でした。調整をお願いいたします。

上手くいかないプレビューまではできますが、その後のアップデートが全くできなくなりました。 そして、なぜかVimeoとVimeocreateのログインが2つ別のアカウントになります。Googleからどちらもログインをしているのに、同じ人間の一つのアカウントになりません。 高いプランにしているので、これだと何も使えません。
