Stopped Working out of the blueI just purchased a year subscription and it just stopped working completely. I asked for a refund and hopefully they will handle for me, so I don’t have to post another negative review.

Plz help or fix the problem.It’s was working just fine for a week or so, then I subscribed to a monthly subscription and it just stopped working, when I wanna connect it goes half the way then it disconnects automatically.
