$100$100 is a rip off. Don’t tell you the price until after you complete a series of questions and download the app. Similar apps out there for free or much cheaper. If in uk, use the nhs free app.

Do it. PeriodThis app got me back to working out. I really like that if after the end of my workout I rate the workout hard it will give me an extra workout to condition before leveling me up.
