Horrible experience closing accountSave your money, get another subscription to a different fitness app an hour and half later and I still can’t cancel this account. Such a horrible business practice to have no 1800 number contact support the AI and test support was so unhelpful. Please just save your money and pick a different app

Unethical Business practicesThe product is fine but beware their billing practices, didn’t receive proper communication and refused to refund even with outdated billing information on the day of the transaction, just one more of the endless scam subscription businesses
