Love this product butI've paid for a year twice now and I keep getting locked out of the account. And I can get a hold of nobody. Other than that, when it did work, this is an amazing app. I'd be willing to change my review pending somebody getting back to me.

Very muffled audioI have no idea why ratings are high. Bad muffled audio and hard to use! And that expensive—how?!
