Leo rocksAbsolutely awesome training app. Leo is really good at explaining the moves. The structure behind the program is solid. Plenty of ways to personalise the program to your level. Been using for about 6 weeks and find it plenty challenging. Highly recommended 💪👍🤩

Fantastic App and Exercise HubI cannot praise Leo enough for creating this App and for his style of exercising that we aged nearly 60 are enjoying and benefitting from so much. We find the App easy to use, intuitive and very well filmed.
