As useful as txts on a bullThe app looks lovely but the ring and it won’t talk to each other. It connects to blutooth and the app shows it is connected but that’s it. Won’t record any information. Spent 2 days trying to fix it tried on iPhone 17 and Samsung fold 8.

Terrible app, terrible productI’ve had this ring for almost a year now. App and ring have never fully functioned properly. I’ve contacted support on numerous occasions and they always give the same B.S troubleshooting that obviously doesn’t work. And their customer service do not offer anything. Garbage product, garbage app.

Not a great app at allThe app crashes several times, its so damn annoying the number of times you need to turn the app on and off to check the stats. Lately it’s happening every single day.
