Love for the appI love this app 5 stars

It’s pretty good!I used this app to get more into stretching - it was hard to stay consistent but actually did help my height tbh! This app didn’t actually make me taller but my posture is kinda better so look taller Overall would continue using!

Works if you actually use it🤷‍♂️I was skeptical, but some of the tips are pretty simple and was surprised to actually see results fairly quickly
